Nora Pearson

Nora has more than 23 years of experience in the pharmacy industry. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for pharmaceutical compounding, product development, and innovation to Wells Road Pharmacy.

Throughout her career, Nora has gained extensive experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding, serving in leadership roles, including Lead Compounding Technician and Lab Director. 

Beyond traditional pharmacy practice, Nora works with physicians and healthcare professionals nationwide, helping them develop their own product lines and creating customized formulas for dietary supplements and cosmeceuticals. She has also been part of a research and development team involved in creating and developing new products and medical devices. 

Nora loves combining her pharmacy knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail to turn new ideas into innovative solutions. She is committed to quality, excellence, and helping advance the pharmacy profession while making a positive difference in the lives of patients and healthcare providers.

When Nora isn't working on new formulas and amazing products, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, her adorable grandsons, her two French bulldogs, as well as going to the beach, and traveling.
